MedAlert Patient Service Cancellation Policy

You would be able to cancel your order under the following conditions,

  • If you cancel an appointment / consultation more than two hours before the scheduled time an automated refund will be issued, after deducting the transaction fee(if any).
  • If a patient cancels a booking within two hours of the scheduled appointment time 50% automated refund will be done.
  • In case of no show by the patient during the appointed time, no refund will be generated.
  • In case of no show by the doctor during the appointed time, a full refund will be generated.
  • If an appointment is taken within two hours of the scheduled time and the doctor does not show up, a full automated refund will be done.
  • If the consultation does not happen due to any special circumstance including technical issues of the app or by the doctor, an option to request a refund will be available to the patient for a period of 7 days or postponing said appointment to another doctor or to a further date, but the issuance of a full or part refund will be at the sole discretion of MedAlert.
  • All refunds will be subject to a transaction charge that will be deducted while making a refund.
